Please review this cancellation/rescheduling policy prior to booking an appointment. Please cancel/reschedule before the 24 hour mark of your appointment to avoid cancellation fee. *new clients* Please come with bare nails to your appointment unless 1. I am notified 2. You have a soak off booked in your appointment. I allow a 10 minute grace period. All sales are final once service is provided. Cancellation fee: same day cancelling/rescheduling is 90% less than 24hr notice is 90% of service booked. By booking through my website you are agreeing to these policies.
